This could get interesting. We are the dot location just north of Victoria.
Update. Believe it or not…..That storm missed us completely. The winds and rain got to Cuero…stopped and turned north. Unbelievable.
Good luck, Bob. Hang on and have your life preservers handy!
Mike………you’re still alive. Wow. Had not heard anything from you for awhile and I was beginning to wonder. Stay well.
Please don’t endanger your rig or your lives if you’re near a river or where you could have a lake instead of caliche mud.
We got lucky my friend.
Apparently, we have little to worry about. I have never seen such complacency with a tropical storm just off the coast and strengthening. No one I have spoke to lately seems the least bit concerned. Having been through numerous storms and as a long time Florida resident, I have the utmost respect for these anomalies. Ignore them at your own peril. Oh, and by the way, do us all a favor and put your loose junk away-we don’t want it in our yards or damaging and hurting others.
Batten down the awnings Bob!!!
We did and all is well.
